Charlene Viljoen
B-BBEE MDP (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Management Development Programme)
Charlene has 23 years experience working and consulting in various areas in the construction industry, specifically in the built environment professionals industry, and has specialised in B-BBEE for the past 14 years. She obtained her B-BBEE MDP qualification through Unisa – currently the only recognised qualification in the B-BBEE industry. Charlene has also acted as a Company Secretary, involving the management of statutory documentation and processes. Highly experienced with the integration of strategies and implementation of B-BBEE initiatives, with a passion for structuring Enterprise Development initiatives. Charlene also has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Sandi Mbutuma
B-Tech QS Degree (Built Environment), PMD (Management Development)
Sandi started her career in 1999 in the Quantity Surveying industry and has created a prosperous portfolio of experience and a good reputation in the built environment. She has worked for very successful and well known companies where she gained Directorship and Shareholding, and during 2015 Sandi started her own Quantity Surveying firm. Sandi is a successful and influential business woman with various business interests and she aspires to empower women in the built environment and property industry. Sandi was announced the winner of the Business Women Achiever Award in the category under 35 years and younger at the 10th Top Women Awards during 2013. Sandi was also a Women Property Network Rising Star Awards Finalist during 2010.
